My sessions with Krista have allowed me to literally transcend significant blocks to my well-being. I am so thrilled and grateful for the impact that this work has had on my mental health. My decision to see her was based around a specific event, but ultimately it has benefited me far beyond that original intention. Not only are the sessions themselves spacious, comfortable, client-centered and all the things that you would want a therapy session to be, she also provides a customized recording to listen to daily for ongoing healing. The therapy is not inexpensive, but it is worth it. For me, there is not a price tag for that kind of peace, and I cannot recommend Krista Jack enough! - Joy Blythe, 5 stars
Krista does an Amazing job of helping people get to the root of problems and address them in a kind, caring, effective way. She has helped me multiple times over come challenging situations when I felt stuck. I love that she provides recordings you can listen to after the visit to reinforce the session. Working with Krista was a really amazing experience. She is intuitive, an excellent listener, and quite amazing at her ability to quickly understand your needs. Then she takes her observations/learnings and guides you through a hypnosis session that's very meaningful and impactful. Within a day or two she emails a follow-up hypnosis recording to allow you to continue working on the issues you addressed together.
