I decided to try reiki for the first time and made an appointment with Pavlina. At first meeting, she had a warm and gentle kindness to her. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had no idea what reiki was all about going into this, so I had no expectations. I just really wanted to see if I could get to a relaxed state and possibly ease the anxiety I was feeling about all of the chaos in the world. Let me just say it was one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had. I could feel the energy flowing through me as she was channeling. So much heat and warmth and colors. After the session she told me she felt trauma in my left knee and I confirmed I had a lot of pain there. I know this will sound trippy, but after that session, I no longer had pain in my knee. She is the real deal the best of the best! She is literally teaching me how to stay calm when I am triggered and to count to 5 and take a deep breath and inhale pink energy! Her healing hands are next level and I 10/10 highly recommend her if ur going through a funk, cant seem to shift out of it, or feeling stuck. She can move and heal the energy! When I did my first session I felt like I was on cloud 9! I didn't realize how much energy I was holding in my gut from other people, and she taught me how to truly protect, ground and keep my energy protected as a very energetically sensitive empath! Pavlina is not only incredibly kind but a very effective and direct communicator. She took the time to talk with me about what brought me to her and clarified what the session would entail very thoroughly before starting. It was my first time receiving Reiki and it was one of the most intensely relaxing things I’ve felt in a long time. I love the space at Samsara healing and I got a LOT out of my session with Pavlina.
